Thirty minutes, and you will know

A call about your nights, not a demo.

No deck, no discovery framework. We look at your portfolio, the hours you actually need held, and what happens now when something goes wrong at 2 a.m. If the desk does not fit, I will say so on the call.

Bring three things

  1. Your unit count and channelsHow many listings, and whether they run on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct, or a PMS inbox.
  2. The hours you want heldWhich blocks in the day are costing you the most. Overnight is the one most operators name first.
  3. What currently wakes youLockouts, cleaner cancellations, refund demands. Your escalation rules start from this list.

What we cover

  • Where your time is actually going, by category rather than by feeling
  • Which hours the desk would hold, and what that costs on your unit count
  • What a soft launch looks like: selected listings, selected channels, reversible the whole way
  • The five-minute standard, its exclusions, and the credit if we miss it

If we miss it

If we miss the standard on a covered guest message, that listing's fee for that day is credited back to you. You do not have to ask: it comes off the next invoice with the miss documented next to it.

The standard in full, with its exclusions

After the call: You get the tier, the hours, and the monthly figure in writing. No pressure to decide on the call, and no follow-up sequence.

Would rather write than talk?

Send the brief instead. Same three inputs, and you get the tier, the hours and the figure back the same way.
