Simple per-listing pricing
Xenia is priced per listing, per month, by how many hours a day you want the desk covered: Bronze $49 for 8 hours, Silver $69 for 12 hours, Gold $99 for 16 hours, plus a modest monthly desk minimum. There is no revenue share and no public free trial. Setup is waived with a three-month prepay.

The three desk tiers
Every tier is per listing, per month, with a monthly desk minimum. Xenia does not take a percentage of your revenue for remote desk support.
- Bronze, the Inbox Desk: $49 per listing, 8 hours per day, $199 desk minimum, $99 setup
- Silver, the Operating Desk: $69 per listing, 12 hours per day, $299 desk minimum, $199 setup (most operators choose this)
- Gold, the Protected Desk: $99 per listing, 16 hours per day, $399 desk minimum, $299 setup
Coverage packages

- Overnight Desk: $79 per listing, 8 PM to 8 AM, $399 desk minimum
- Weekend Relief: $45 per listing, Friday to Sunday, $299 desk minimum
- Operating 25+ listings: bespoke per-listing rates built around your portfolio
Prepay and fair use
Setup fees are waived with a 3-month prepay. Longer commitments discount the rate: 6 months at 6% off, 9 months at 9% off, 12 months at 12% off. Phone support is available as an add-on.
Pricing assumes a reasonably organized operation with working access, clear house rules, current cleaner and vendor contacts, and defined escalation rules. Distressed portfolios or unusually high volume may need a custom plan.
