Simple per-listing pricing
Xenia is priced per listing, per month, by how many hours a day you want the desk covered: Bronze $59 for 8 hours, Silver $79 for 12 hours, Gold $99 for 16 hours, plus a modest monthly desk minimum. There is no revenue share and no public free trial. Setup is waived with a three-month prepay.

Setup fees are waived with 3-month prepay. Longer commitments discount the rate. Phone support is available as an add-on.

- Working access, clear house rules, current cleaner and vendor contacts, defined escalation rules.
- More work may cost more
- Distressed portfolios, unusually high message volume, major incidents, launch periods, platform disputes, extensive PMS cleanup, or unclear systems may require additional fees or a custom plan.
- What the desk never does
- Final refund decisions; vendor payments; emergency dispatch authority; the decision to file a damage claim; owner-level decisions. Those stay with you.
