What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone, website, and any information about your operation and coverage needs you choose to share. Only your name, email, and consent are required; everything else is optional.

Technical information. Like most websites, our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site, and we use privacy-respecting, cookieless performance measurement. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a tailored proposal, provide and improve our services, and keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Service providers we share with

We use a small number of trusted processors who handle data only on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and cookieless performance measurement), Resend (delivering form submissions to us by email), and Sentry (error monitoring, configured to scrub personal details such as names, emails, and phone numbers). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to provide our services, after which we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email jake@xenia.host. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
