Xenia runs your guest inbox across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and your PMS, replying in your voice within your approved guardrails. Trained hospitality staff handle check-in questions, house rules, upsells, and problems, escalating only true emergencies to you. It is a flat per-listing monthly fee, human-led, with no revenue share and no management takeover.

Xenia does not approve refunds, cancel reservations, or make pricing or ownership decisions unless you grant that authority in writing. We document, recommend, escalate, and prepare the reply; the final call stays with you.
